Dao de Sport represents a push for a holistic, balanced approach designed to improve athletic performance. We strive to integrate multiple modalities to support the growth and development of each athlete we work with, no matter the circumstances.
The purpose of this website and blog is to open your mind to what training can be. By taking the most effective Western athletic training and combining it with principles of Eastern Medicine, Psychology, and Spirituality, you can achieve peak performance while also making training for your goals a path of personal growth and inner peace. This blog also bears witness to my own path of growth and development - Welcome to the journey.
